I offer a hybrid of face-to-face and online/telephone counselling. Contact me to discuss what might work best for you.
Face-to-face
I offer in-person counselling from my therapy room in Exmouth, Devon.
My warm, welcoming and private room, near the town centre, is easily reached by public transport and has ample on-street parking. It's a confidential space for us to explore what's going on for you.

Online/Telephone
Counselling over the phone/via video call is also an option.
I have many years of experience in working with clients via phone/video. This can be just as effective as in-person work. If you have a private space you can talk to me from, we can discuss this as an option.
Counselling Fees
Counselling costs are £45 per full hour.
Cash or bank transfer is preferred and I ask for payment within 48 hours after a session. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will still be charged.
