Counselling
About
I’ve always been fascinated by people — what shapes us, what drives us, and how we grow through life’s challenges. My curiosity in understanding the human condition began early, leading me to study Psychology at school and university before qualifying as a teacher. I spent 15 years teaching both in the UK and abroad, gaining a deep appreciation for the diversity of human experience and the importance of emotional wellbeing.
My curiosity about the connection between body and mind later led me to retrain as a Holistic Nutritionist, where I found myself continually drawn back to the psychological and emotional aspects of health.
Returning to the UK, I decided to follow that passion fully and become a counsellor. I now bring together my background in education, nutrition, and psychology to support people in understanding themselves, to find balance and create meaningful change in their lives.
